FAQ
I. Where are you based and would you travel?
I am based in Bluffton, South Carolina but I frequently travel the short distances to Hilton Head Island, Beaufort, Savannah, GA, etc.
I do offer travel outside of my 30 mile radius for a fee of $25/hr of travel.
II. What if the weather looks bad?
I absolutely love to embrace the weather that is headed our way, however, if the impending weather is going to impact the photos in a negative way I am more than happy to reschedule to a mutually agreed upon date! I will not usually make a final call on weather rescheduling until the morning of the scheduled session date as weather in the Low Country is unpredictable and there is a high chance it could change.
IV. Do you give RAW unedited images?
Short answer, no.
As a professional, I have worked extremely hard to perfect my editing style and am so proud of my brand! That being said, I do not believe in withholding images. I promise to deliver all usable, clear photos. If you believe that I missed one from your gallery please don't hesitate to ask-I would be happy to go back through and make sure that specific photo wasn't missed!
V. When will we receive our photos?
As of right now, my turnaround time is 3 weeks. I will always be sure to communicate with you and you are always welcome to ask about the status of your gallery.
III. Can you photoshop me/us?
I believe everyone and everything is beautiful just as God created. So I will never alter anything in the image to look different than what our eyes see-even you! What I WILL do in my editing process is: color correct and remove any major bruising, acne, or blemish that would not normally be there. A good rule of thumb is if it is something that would be gone in three weeks, I will edit it out!
Do you require a retainer fee to book?
I do! A $100 retainer is due on the date you book your session. This fee is non-refundable. Your date is not officially booked until the retainer is paid and contract is signed.
